Dear Visa Officer,

My name is Ayşe Yılmaz. I am currently employed as Financial Analyst. I am applying for a short-stay Schengen visa for my planned trip to Italy from 10 May 2027 to 17 May 2027. The purpose of my visit is tourism.

I have prepared the supporting documents for my application, including my travel arrangements, accommodation information, travel medical insurance and evidence of sufficient financial means. I understand the conditions of a short-stay visa and will comply with the permitted duration of stay.

I have strong personal and professional ties to Türkiye: I have permanent employment in Istanbul and my family lives here. These responsibilities require my return after the planned visit, and I confirm that I will leave the Schengen Area before the end of my authorised stay.

I respectfully request that you consider my application. I am available to provide any additional documents or information that may be required.
